I took over as director of the company in February 2007 from my father, it has been an incredible journey so far, and there have been many testing times and many great times.

Above all I have enjoyed meeting lots of new and interesting people, and have taken great pride in being able to provide a friendly and efficient service which also gives the customer peace of mind.

I hope with this great team I will be able to grow the company and continue to provide the professional service which has been enjoyed by our customers since 1984.

Terry Lane

Founder

After 30 years of being an electronics engineer with Thorn EMI Terry founded Secure Homes, he based the company on principles such as Professionalism, Fairness of costs and Reliability.

He believes the company has continued to grow because it has remained true to these principles.

Terry’s vast experience has been and continues to be of great value to the company. Terry will never say no to a cup of tea and always has a story or two to tell!

Julie Smiley

Marketing

Julie has been involved with the company since 2009 and has been an incredibly positive influence since then, she has a great capacity to keep everyone upbeat and focused on delivering the best possible service to our customers, she has been heavily involved in the current marketing strategies and has a keen eye for making things ‘ just right’.

She has recently been promoting our services in her local area of Woodhall Spa with great success. Julie always has a smile on her face and is an invaluable member of the team giving positive support in all areas of the business.
